The Committee on Judicial Policy concluded that the draft law “On recall of people’s deputy of Ukraine” does not correspond to the Constitution of Ukraine.

The bill (Reg. No. 11084) suggests determining the procedure and grounds for recalling people’s deputy of Ukraine, as well as responsibility for failure to comply with the requirements of the law.

Members of Parliament deem the suggested legislative initiative may be supported under the condition of respective changes to the Constitution of Ukraine.
